These Terms govern your use of the Frigo Smart app (“App”). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Access and Account
You must be legally capable of entering into a contract. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
2. Subscriptions and Purchases
Some features may require a paid subscription managed by Apple. Prices, billing and cancellation are handled via App Store in‑app purchases. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period.
3. Acceptable Use
- Do not misuse the App or interfere with its operation.
- Do not submit unlawful content or infringe others’ rights.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer or circumvent security.
4. Intellectual Property
The App, its design and content are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a personal, non‑transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal purposes.
5. Disclaimer and Liability
The App is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect or consequential damages. Nutritional or recipe suggestions are informational only and should be adapted to your needs and allergies.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or harm the service.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of your country/state. Courts of your city will have jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
